Tyler had his first soccer game this afternoon.  We'll have to wait and see how the season goes, so far, we're off to a bit of a bumpy start.  Lots of the kids on Tyler's team are playing for the first time, so they don't really know what they are doing; and Tyler is certainly included in that category!  He sometimes gets pretty frustrated trying to figure it all out.

Unfortunately, the team we played today had the same color jersey, and that REALLY didn't help anyone on either team!  Things were a little confusing!  Hopefully, the next game goes better and Tyler starts to really enjoy playing!

We tried to help the kids separate each other by having Tyler's team tuck their shirts in and the other team left their shirts un-tucked.  Here are the two teams out on the field playing, we're not so sure that the shirt tucking helped anyone out much.
