We had a fun time going on a quick trip back to California this last weekend for just a few days before Tyler starts up school. Our family needed a little get away together. We spent 3 days just playing on the beach.
The only thing separating our room from Mission Bay was the hotel restaurant (with very tasty food). We were so spoiled to just be able to wake up and be on the beach. Mission Beach, full of people and big waves was less the 2 blocks away, so we took a walk and a jump in the big waves everyday too.
