We spent the day at Red Rock Canyon. It was great fun exploring the cool visitor center with the kids, watching the desert tortoises, and hiking around the beautiful canyon! It's such an amazing place!
The kids liked the huge lizard at the visitors center.
They also got to look through the microscopes at the leaves of different desert plants,
and examine the samples of the different types of rocks in the area!
It was such a fun day!
